Little Monsters
Juice Packaging
Tasked with making a playful product mock-up for the organic children's juice brand "Little Monsters", I knew I wanted to incorporate my own illustrations. This project includes brand graphics, logos, product mock-ups, and packaging.
Product Design
When creating this brand, I wasn't only thinking about what a little kid would want to see, but more specifically what a little kid's mother would like to see.
With this in mind, there were a few key things I decided to do, including the style of packaging. Made with recycled plastic and wood-textured lids, I wanted this design to stand out as a clean, healthy choice for any health-oriented mom walking through Whole Foods.
I also made sure that the graphic illustrations weren't too "scary" or "creepy", despite the names being little monsters. Instead, I use a cute 'sea monster' and little fruit characters as the main focus point of the bottle. I think that the vibrant illustration would be a key thing that draws parent's attention, and what kids remember, making it easy for them to ask mom for more.

With the consistent branding of green and orange on every bottle, the "little" phrase and character flavor changes with each flavor to give each flavor some character. The outline of the juice the sea monster is drinking from is also cut out to simulate him drinking with you
